Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a packaging role within a GMP-regulated facility (pharma, nutraceutical, food, or cosmetics preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and interpret batch records and SOPs in English.
• Proficient in basic math and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with good communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and set up packaging line equipment, including labelers, blister machines, bottle fillers, cappers, sealers, and cartoners.
• Pack tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids per batch records and SOPs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (weight, torque, seal integrity).
• Complete packaging records, logbooks, and cleaning logs accurately.
• Inspect finished goods for proper labeling, defects, and specs compliance.
• Maintain clean packaging areas per GMP housekeeping standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor promptly.
• Support line changeovers and clearances.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety training.

Location: Miramar, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | Schedule: 2:30 PM TO 11:00 PM Pay Rate $16 - $17 per hour based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable GMP Packaging Operators to join our team in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant manufacturing environment. The Packaging Operator is responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficient packaging of finished products, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and internal quality standards.

• Operate, clean, and set up packaging line equipment, including labelers, blister machines, bottle fillers, cappers, sealers, and cartoners.
• Perform packaging of tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids in accordance with batch records and SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and SOP requirements.
• Experience with bottling, blister packaging, pouching, or other automated systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
