Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Crew Member to support fueling and charging station projects. You will operate heavy equipment to dig ditches, install equipment, and assist with concrete and finishing tasks across multiple sites.

This role requires lifting 75–100 lbs, working outdoors in all weather, and traveling to sites (overnights may be required). You will maintain safety, teamwork, and orderly job sites to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in petroleum industry a plus.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Using heavy equipment to dig ditches, manually install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, finishing.
• Traveling to job sites (may require overnights).
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials and sub-contractor work.
• Ensure all safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed at all times, including job cleanup at the end of each day.
