Job summary

Aviation Service Partners (ASP) seeks a Heavy Maintenance Visit Representative to act as the primary liaison among ASP, customers, and maintenance teams during scheduled heavy maintenance events. This role requires frequent travel to customer facilities across the United States to oversee projects and ensure aircraft are delivered on time and in compliance with FAA and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Primary liaison between ASP, customers, and maintenance teams during heavy maintenance events.
• Frequent travel to U.S. customer facilities to oversee projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance per FAA and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, engineering, planning, materials and customer personnel.
• Review work scope changes and communicate status updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during HMVs.
• Coordinate daily with teams to monitor aircraft progress.
• Provide customers with routine updates and timelines.
• Attend daily production meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assist with estimating labor hours and material requirements.
• Ensure maintenance activities are documented accurately.
