Jasper Grove Corp. seeks a Construction Worker to join our Oklahoma City team.

This full-time role involves performing a variety of tasks on regional projects, including site preparation, excavation support, and concrete work while operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. You will follow blueprints, maintain a clean, safe worksite, wear PPE, and collaborate with skilled professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform excavations, concrete work, and site preparation.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
• Keep the work site clean and organized while following safety protocols.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of building materials and systems.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervision.
