Destructable Inc is seeking a skilled operator to run heavy machinery on construction sites in Iowa. The role involves operating loaders and excavators, performing digging and material transport, and ensuring equipment is safe and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will work with a team, follow safety regulations, and adapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining orderly workspaces and adhering to project timelines.

Formación

• Proven experience operating loaders and excavators.
• Valid CDL preferred; ability to operate multiple types of equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various types of heavy machinery including loaders and excavators.
