What You’ll Do

Heavy Forklift Operation

Operate Kalmar heavy-capacity forklifts

Move oversized and high-weight loads (50,000–65,000 lbs)

Load/unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse

Warehouse Responsibilities

Stage and prepare client orders

Verify counts, documentation, and product condition

Inspect inbound shipments and report damage

Safety & Teamwork

Perform daily equipment inspections

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Participate in annual inventory counts

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience operating heavy forklifts required
• Experience handling large, high-weight loads (30,000–65,000 lbs) strongly preferred
• Reach Truck experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and complete paperwork legibly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with outdoor-like temperatures
• Must pass employment verification, drug screening, and background check
