Pacific Recycling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our metal recycling shredder team in a demanding outdoor production environment.

This hands-on, safety-critical role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial equipment with a focus on reliability and documentation. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and collaborate with operators, electricians, and vendors to ensure uptime across hammermill drive systems,

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment (metals, mining, or recycling preferred).
• Hydraulic systems expertise and ability to read hydraulic schematics.

Responsabilités

• Install, align, repair, and overhaul heavy industrial machinery including hammermill shredder and drive systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and conveyors.
• Diagnose electrical and controls issues with motor controls, sensors, PLCs, and safety interlocks.
• Execute planned maintenance schedules and document work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
