Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment and providing field and shop facility maintenance. Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment, ensuring sound and aesthetic welds.
2. Layout, cut, form, fit, weld, and install assemblies from various materials based on blueprints or verbal instructions.
3. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and manuals; inspect manufactured products.
4. Fabricate weldments and components, and perform facility maintenance.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient in welding (3G), fabrication, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment safely.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to read blueprints.
• High school diploma or G.E.D., with technical/trade school certification preferred.
• 4-year post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and supply required tools and safety footwear.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to lift over 50 lbs, work at heights, and operate in various climates and conditions, including exposure to chemicals, noise, and temperature changes.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k), health and life insurance, paid time off. Shift options include 8-hour, 12-hour, day shifts, with overtime available.
