We’re working with a top-tier heavy civil contractor looking for a sharp Project Engineer to support major bridge and highway projects in South Philly. You’ll assist with planning, coordination, and execution on high-profile DOT and public works jobs.

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5+ years of experience in heavy civil, bridge, or roadway construction
• Familiarity with PennDOT/public works specifications and procedures
• Strong technical knowledge in concrete, structures, and paving
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, material tracking, and cost control
• Proficiency in construction software (HCSS, Bluebeam, Primavera, MS Office)
