Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC seeks a supervisory professional to lead field crews in heavy highway construction in Florida. You will ensure safety, coordinate daily activities, read and interpret plans, and drive production to meet schedules in outdoor sites.

You will manage time, communicate effectively, and apply lead skills across crews while complying with safety policies in varying weather conditions. Strong scheduling, plan reading, and a valid Florida driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in heavy highway construction
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
• Strong scheduling and planning knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and rain for long hours
