Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing/estimating/engineering role on public and private construction projects preferred.
• Ability to estimate multiple projects with proven time management skills.
• Experience in reading and analyzing Department of Transportation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates after analyzing drawings and specifications.
• Review proposals and plans, attend pre-bid meetings, and conduct project site visits.
• Track and manage client document changes to ensure the project remains within budget.
