Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a hands-on Rigger to join our Memphis team. You’ll perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts on wind projects and major transports.

You’ll assist with crane assemblies, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment; inspect and prepare rigging gear; and support field crews across diverse sites.

This permanent, full‑time role offers travel, overtime potential, competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive benefits after 90 days.

What You Bring

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment

• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)

• Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work

Work Environment

• 40–50+ hours per week with overtime potential

• Travel‑heavy role supporting job sites as needed
