Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Heavy Haul CDL Truck Driver to support our Crane & Rigging yard in Pasadena, TX. The successful candidate will operate fuel trucks, comply with safety and client requirements, and be on call with overtime as needed.

Requirements include a minimum four years of experience, CDL with HazMat endorsement, TWIC card (preferred), pre-employment tests, DOT drug screen, safety PPE, and the ability to work on uneven surfaces at industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience.
• CDL with HazMat endorsement required.
• TWIC card preferred or ability to acquire a TWIC card.
• Pre-employment qualification test and federal written driving test.
• D.O.T. drug screen/card.
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87).
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard).
• 40hrs, must be on call and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate fuel truck.
• Move and position materials using hand/foot levers and signals; may assemble/disassemble equipment on construction projects.
• Work on uneven surfaces and in outdoor industrial environments.
• Follow procedures and safety standards as required by clients; monitor for hazards.
