Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, seeks a CDL Class A Heavy Haul Driver to operate a lowboy truck and transport heavy equipment between company facilities, yards, and jobsites in Fayetteville, AR. You will perform inspections, secure loads, and support field teams to keep equipment moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include load securement, adherence to safety rules, maintaining operator logs, and occasional out-of-town deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and ability to operate heavy haul equipment.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections safely.
• Experience with securing loads and operating lowboy trailers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Safely drive truck and trailer between facilities and job sites.
• Load/unload equipment, secure loads with chains and binders, and ensure proper restraint.
• Monitor gauges, document issues, and communicate with shop personnel.
