Job summary

All Things Metal Industries in North Phoenix, AZ is hiring a material handler/forklift operator to start immediately. This role keeps production moving by staging materials, moving them into primer departments, and assisting fabrication teams with loading and unloading heavy items.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, work outside in the heat, and lift over 50 lbs. A willingness to learn and the ability to use a paperless management system are required; heavy forklift

• Pass written and practical exam for heavy forklift operator.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Production material handling to keep production moving and move materials between areas.
• Receiving and documenting material, heat # and rack location, and input into the inventory system.
• Delivery assistance and staging for loading on semi trailers.
• Yard organization and daily forklift inspections.
