Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a forklift/operator to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial environment. You will move metal forms and concrete products, organize yard inventory, and load/unload shipments while validating delivery paperwork.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift training, and at least one year of forklift experience moving up to 20,000 lbs. Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving up to 20,000 lbs.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Operate payloader and 36,000lb (18 ton) forklifts
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Summary
