Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in heavy equipment industry.
• Basic computer skills in Lotus Notes, dealer computer systems, and Office software.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write English.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or related equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the movement of heavy equipment machinery for organization by performing the following duties.
• Operate a skid steer loader, 40,000 to 50,000 lb. forklift and marine lift.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and ensure proper storage and yard housekeeping.
• Check in job boxes received from customers per procedures.
• Receive plate and large item inventory not stored in warehouse.
• Maintain orderly position of equipment and large stock inventory; coordinate with department heads.
• Schedule stock pick-ups and deliveries.
• Move tanks and enclosures to/from paint and shot blast area; update map weekly.
