Ideal candidates are proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, with strong metalworking knowledge and the ability to read blueprints. Validating safety and quality standards is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG, TIG and stick welding.
• Ability to fabricate and assemble parts for trucks and heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of read and interpret blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a large fleet of trucks and equipment.
• Fabricate bumpers, chain boxes, storage racks, winch mounts.
• Weld, straighten, brace or replace worn components on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Repair damaged tanks, dumpsters, dump beds, axles, and more.
• Coordinate with mechanics on larger builds and projects.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and work area stays organized.
