Job summary

Fordyce Concrete Company, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Truck Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Ready Mix Trucks, tractors, trailers, and related equipment to keep our fleet reliable.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months’ hands-on heavy equipment experience, and ASE/CDL preferred. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• ASE certifications and CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record.
• Basic hand tools up to 1/2 inch.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair Ready Mix Trucks and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Dismantle and rebuild equipment using advanced tools.
• Replace major components: engines, transmissions, hydraulics.
• Document time and parts records accurately.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area.
