Accelera is seeking a Commercial Transport Specialist to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of heavy equipment to client sites. You will use modern fleet-management tools to optimize routes, maintain high service standards, and support our construction logistics team.

The role requires a Class A CDL, 21+ years of age, and the ability to pass a comprehensive DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. A strong emphasis on safety and on-site customer communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Safety-focused with situational awareness in high-traffic environments.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty commercial vehicles in compliance with state and federal transportation regulations.
• Execute timely deliveries and pickups, ensuring equipment is positioned at client sites.
• Manage the loading and unloading process, including securing heavy cargo and returning equipment to the yard.
• Maintain precise digital and physical records, including bills of lading and delivery documentation.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability and safety.
• Coordinate with dispatch and site teams to optimize loading patterns and improve delivery efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with site personnel during equipment handoffs.
