This on-site role starts at our Sparks location, with extensive training and opportunities to advance within the West Team. You will apply technical skills, work safely, document repairs, and provide reliable quotes while traveling as needed; preferred candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience, a diesel background, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred in Diesel Technology or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as needed.
• Experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and diesel engines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment to achieve high performance and reliability.
• Deliver accurate repair quotes and document work orders.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Diagnose mechanical and technical issues using diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders with quality workmanship.
• Support work at customer facilities with on-site deployments when required.
• Foster accurate record-keeping and continuous process improvement.
