Qualifications

• Keep rework hours under 3% of total billed hours.
• Follow standardized repair times and meet performance metrics.
• Prioritize health and safety in all tasks per policy.
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and parts usage.
• Provide accurate quotes and excellent customer service.
• Diagnose issues using advanced troubleshooting and ensure thorough testing.
• Apply systematic failure analysis to prevent recurring problems.
