Qualifications

• Must have a solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on heavy construction, mining, or industrial equipment.
• CDL preferred but not required; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment and related components
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs
• Develop repair plans and determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met
• Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and repair recommendations
• Order and manage parts through company systems
• Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers
• Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform shop and field service work as assigned
