Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair rental equipment in our Brighton, CO shop. You'll support operations across oilfield, construction, and industrial environments, delivering safe, reliable equipment and excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on work, reading schematics, and documenting service activities. A drive to work safely in varying conditions and a commitment to safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience in oilfield, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rental equipment in the shop.
• Install, service, and repair a variety of equipment, including gas and diesel-powered machinery, HVAC systems, generators, and light towers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile and digital reporting tools.
• Provide professional customer support, including training customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
