Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience in heavy equipment or field service repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with engines, powertrain, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Welding and fabrication proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and workplace safety.
• Must possess a complete set of professional tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete inspections of equipment and machinery.
• Remove, install, and replace parts and components.
• Implement optional accessories and aftermarket kits.
• Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Execute general and advanced repairs professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Test equipment functionality post-repair or installation.
• Safely operate and maneuver a variety of heavy and light equipment.
• Install attachments, kits, and modifications per customer needs.
• Utilize computer programs for diagnostics, service records, and reporting.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities with accuracy.
• Accurately complete and submit required service documentation and paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
• Maintain consistent, regular, and reliable attendance; arrive prepared and on time.
