Titan Machinery in Minnesota is hiring a Case Construction Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment with precision. You’ll work with the service team to quickly assess issues and communicate timelines to customers. The job requires 2+ years of relevant experience or an associate degree, and owning your tools is preferred.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case Construction Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
