TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician III to lead the shop, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality repairs of our heavy equipment fleet.

This role combines advanced diagnostics with scheduling and team development, requiring strong leadership, diverse repair skills, and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Operates all types/classes of heavy equipment safely and competently.
• Diagnoses complex electrical systems using schematics and tooling.
• Diagnoses hydraulic and fuel powertrain systems.
• Rebuilds major components to manufacturer and company standards.
• Tests and verifies performance of equipment after repairs.
• Oversees shop/field operations in manager's absence, assigns work and ensures quality.
