Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or related technical training.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; forklift license preferred.
• Own tool set for heavy equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Perform planned maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in shop or field settings.
• Document repairs using computers and communication tools.
