Qualifications

• 2–3 years of heavy equipment repair experience or a technical certification/associate degree.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently under time constraints.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; forklift license required or obtainable.
• Own tools for heavy equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems in shop or field.
• Perform planned maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in shop or on the road.
• Document repairs using computers and stay in sync with the team.
