Job summary

Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is hiring a field- or on-site technician to service heavy equipment, including boom lifts, hydraulics, and electrical systems. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and replace worn components to keep trucks and attachments operating safely.

Work days are Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with overtime as needed and occasional Saturdays. Valid driver's license and own tools are required; CTOS offers health care, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting.
• Experience with pneumatic tool troubleshooting preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and replace worn parts on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.
• Test equipment after repair and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor.
