Job summary

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair ready‑mix trucks, batch plants, and other equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and maintain thorough maintenance logs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocation training in mechanics preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret manuals and diagrams.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment and plant machinery.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot ready‑mix trucks, semi‑trucks, batch plants, and other equipment.
• Diagnose failures, implement corrective actions, and document maintenance in logs.
• Operate shop tools, welding equipment, and support fabrication as needed.
• Load/unload parts, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
