Job summary

Under the Shop Supervisor, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure safety and reliability during testing operations. The role requires a high school diploma with two years of gas/diesel experience, a Nevada CDL, and the ability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years gas and diesel mechanic experience.
• Able to work over 40 hours per week with varied shifts.
• Valid Nevada CDL with clean driving record (≤2 points).
• Bring and use personally owned tools.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and document repairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect and locate mechanical and electrical issues on gasoline/diesel units.
• Collaborate with customers and other technicians to ensure quality work.
• Review maintenance records for accuracy before submission.
• Respond to field repairs and on-call emergencies as needed.
