Job Description

NED, LLC. is a large heavy equipment dealership with over 30 years of industry experience in equipment sales, rentals, and customer support. Through mergers and acquisitions, NED, LLC. has grown through multiple acquisitions of independent heavy equipment dealerships, including Four Seasons Equipment, MAY-RHI, Earthmovers Construction Equipment, Richardson Service 1991, Inc., Grove River Machinery, and L & N Supply Company Inc. Today the company is re-branded under one unified name, NED – National Equipment Dealers.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

Pay: $40,000 to $43,000/ annually

Qualifications

• Parts, warehouse and/or order filling experience
• Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate records
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Job Responsibilities

This individual would be responsible for shipping and receiving within the parts department within the branch, as well as daily admin roles. This position must put customer satisfaction at the forefront of their daily duties.

• Coordinate Domestic and International Shipping requirements
• Order filling, processing, storing/picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
• Operating automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping and receiving
• Multiple systems interaction, EBS and UPS
• Validate accuracy of receipts to supplier packing lists
• Interact with carriers
• Schedule outbound shipments
• Coordinate with logistics and external carriers to set up expedited shipments
• Ensure accurate counts are recorded prior to any movements into or out of the finished goods inventory
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily count sheets
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other labels and shelves
• Pickup/Delivery of customer and warehouse assets
• Operates electric hoist, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes to assist in loading or moving materials and products
• Develops a culture that works to achieve and maintain an accident-free workplace
• Develops a culture that works to achieve and maintain ongoing housekeeping excellence
