Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years painting and bodywork experience preferred.
• Understanding of work area metrics and willingness to improve metrics as needed.
• Ability to respond to customer requests with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operates and moves machines to be painted into the paint booth area.
• Prepares machines for painting through sandblasting, grinding, sanding, taping, and masking.
• Performs necessary bodywork prior to painting.
• Paints machines using guns or other equipment.
• Follows safety protocols and uses PPE as required.
• Monitors inventory and orders paint supplies to ensure availability.
• Applies decals after painting.
• Completes service reports and tracks time against jobs.
