This is a 1st Shift Position.

Position Summary

Our Painters prepare and paint Heavy Equipment, engines, various components, and attachments. They are responsible for housekeeping (5S), maintaining company-issued tooling and equipment, and following strict safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint Heavy Equipment in the Paint Booth area.
• Maintain 5S standards and care for tools and equipment.
• Drive machines to be painted into the paint booth/area.
• Perform body repairs as necessary.
• Order and track paint and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols, using proper PPE such as masks, full paint suits, or respirators.
• Complete all required reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years minimum experience in paint and bodywork.
• Strong knowledge of paint application methods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Initiative and proactive attitude toward work and process improvements.
• Responsibility and commitment to work assignments.
