Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of experience operating light or medium trucks and related equipment.
• Valid Texas Class B CDL or equivalent from another state by appointment date.
• Some positions may require Texas Class A CDL or equivalent.
• CDL may require specialized endorsements depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of general or specialized medium-sized motorized equipment used in construction, repair and maintenance.
• Inspect the work site prior to, during, and after activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Direct or assist a crew of laborers as assigned and participate in related duties.
• Perform basic maintenance, fueling, servicing, and safety inspections of equipment.
