Job summary

Blue Phoenix is seeking skilled heavy equipment operators to support our ash recovery process in a production setting. You will operate wheel loaders and excavators to feed the system, load trailers, and remove ash while maintaining a clean work site.

Additional duties include operating forklift, skid steer, manlift, and pickup, plus basic maintenance. A strong safety culture and ability to work overtime as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a production environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with excavator and front-end loader preferred.
• Maintenance and minor repairs skills welcomed.
• Ability to work in challenging environmental conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader and excavator to feed the system, load trailers, and move ash.
• Operate other mobile equipment (fork lift, skid steer, person-lift, pickup).
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Support plant operations as needed.
• Keep equipment and grounds clean and free of ash and debris.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures; report hazards.
• Be available for overtime as required.
