Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Equipment Operator/Warehouse/Handyman role based in Tampa, FL. The position involves operating heavy equipment for loading, unloading, and moving cargo and materials in and around port and warehouse facilities, must pass a background check for a TWIC. Daily tasks include performing basic equipment checks, assisting with routine maintenance, and safely handling tools and machinery. The role also includes general warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, staging materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting dock operations as needed. Handyman responsibilities may involve minor repairs, basic facility upkeep, and assisting with special projects to keep equipment and premises in good working condition. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to follow safety protocols and meet operational schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate Heavy Equipment and demonstrate strong Equipment Operation skills.
• Knowledge of basic Equipment Maintenance practices and proper care of Used Equipment.
• Experience or familiarity with Excavation or similar ground-moving tasks is beneficial.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and basic handyman/maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to safety procedures, situational awareness, and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability; willingness to follow instructions and work scheduled shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle; prior experience in maritime, construction, warehousing, or logistics environments is a plus.

Payment Terms

. $16-19.00 per hour based on qualified individuals
