Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Tipping Floor Operator to support tipping floor, monofill, and ash management operations. You will monitor trucks, assist crane operators, and ensure safe, efficient floor traffic while performing maintenance as needed.

The role requires six months of mobile equipment experience, physical capability to lift and climb, and strict adherence to safety and environmental policies. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits and company support.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience operating mobile equipment.
• Mechanical ability to perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Direct refuse trucks to bays on the tipping floor.
• Assist crane operator with pit management.
• Ensure tipping floor is clear and traffic flows smoothly.
• Load metal trucks where applicable.
• Safely operate heavy equipment during daily operations.
• Identify and report safety or environmental hazards to supervision.
