Marion County Paving, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our Arkansas-based team. You will operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes across multiple job sites, adhering to safety standards and company policies.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality work. The role requires flexibility for night/weekend shifts, travel to remote sites, and training opportunities for growth and safety expertise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment and machinery across job sites.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to daily assignments from Foreman.
• Perform routine maintenance and report major problems.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and documentation.
• Help train less-experienced team members in equipment operation.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.
