Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Memphis, TN is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment such as trucks, dozers, loaders, backhoes and more in a safe, efficient manner. You will perform daily safety checks, maintain and secure equipment, and participate in routine maintenance per company policy.

The role requires at least 3 years of equipment operating and maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and operational discipline in outdoor settings near traffic and water.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and risk mitigation.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to minimize risk of injury and property damage.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean and secure equipment as required by policies.
• Maintain inventory and report repair needs to Foreman.
• Support routine maintenance and safety practices.
