The position requires reading and interpreting drawings and specifications, along with strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with crew members and supervisors. On-site work with a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years (level I) to six plus years in industrial/construction with heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment and information are available for the work.
• Look for improvement opportunities and be willing to learn from others.

• Inspect subordinates’ work, ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications, explain deficiencies and take corrective action.
