Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Fargo, ND seeks an Operator to run power equipment such as hoists, cranes, forklifts and trucks to move materials on our projects. A safety-first mindset and a strong IIF culture are required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, apprenticeship or equivalent training, CCO certification (including 150-ton crawler crane), experience with heavy equipment, ability to obtain forklift certification, CDL preferred, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent training required.
• CCO certification as required (including for 150 ton crawler crane).
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as hoists, cranes, forklifts, and trucks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification; CDL preferred.
• Physical agility to climb in/out of equipment and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 70 miles to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment such as hoists, cranes, forklifts and trucks to move equipment or materials.
• Maintain safety and adhere to IIF culture and company policies.
• Inspect, maintain and document equipment and logs daily.
• Assist with rigging, loading and unloading, and site logistics as directed.
