Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating wheel loaders, excavators, backhoes, dozers or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor in field conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy duty construction equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and similar machinery.
• Perform scheduled and required servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain roads by cutting, sloping, and grading shoulders and roadbeds.
• Compact road areas and assist in other road construction and maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to flood control maintenance, clearing mud and rocks from channels.
• Assist with solid waste disposal to establish grade.
• Direct maintenance staff when necessary.
• Follow company safety guidelines and perform duties responsibly.
