Job summary

Granite Excavation Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in the Treasure Valley and Valley County. The role involves operating trucks, excavators, dozers, and graders with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will perform routine maintenance, interact with residents professionally, and support project foremen with daily tasks. A valid Idaho license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment experience.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (trucks, excavators, dozers, graders).
• Perform daily maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Communicate with residents and public in courteous manner; document complaints as needed.
• Follow Foreman guidance on daily tasks for each project.
• Ensure access to sites and maintain equipment and inventory.
