NYS Department of Environmental Conservation in New York seeks a skilled laborer for critical maintenance and rehabilitation work across DEC facilities and infrastructure in the Stamford area. You will work with heavy equipment and need a valid driver’s license to operate vehicles used in field projects.

Formación

• One year of experience operating equipment and possession of a Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain infrastructure and facilities across DEC assets including campgrounds, boat launch facilities, offices, flood control facilities, roads, utilities, bridges, and dams.
• Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators and loaders following safety standards and standard operating procedures.
