Job summary

3B Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on diverse construction projects in Texas. You will handle excavators, bulldozers, loaders and graders, following project plans and safety procedures, and maintaining equipment readiness to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-shift inspections, reporting issues to supervisors, and wearing PPE at all times while coordinating with crew to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a variety of heavy construction equipment.
• Experience with excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Wears PPE at all times on site.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
