3B Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery on various construction sites in Bremond, TX. You will handle excavators, bulldozers, loaders and graders, following project plans and safety procedures.

Daily duties include pre- and post-shift inspections, reporting malfunctions, wearing PPE, and coordinating with crew to meet deadlines. Strong physical stamina and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Must follow project plans and safety policies.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-shift inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
• Maneuvers equipment to excavate, grade, load, and transport materials as required by project plans.
• Conducts pre- and post-shift inspections and reports issues to supervisors.
• Adheres to safety policies and wears PPE at all times on site.
• Communicates project progress and safety concerns with team members and supervisors.
• Completes tasks according to plans and deadlines.
