Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to support plant production and safety. You will operate and service heavy equipment, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate records as part of a team responsible for a clean, efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, can read and write English, and follow safety procedures and MSHA guidelines. Training and certifications will be provided as needed to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Reading and following written and verbal directions accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and apply basic math.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates, services, and maintains heavy equipment (front-end loaders, dump trucks, skid steers, etc.).
• Performs pre-shift/end-of-shift checks and maintenance as required.
• Maintains records and reports; completes paperwork on time.
• Participates in safety meetings and training; adheres to MSHA regulations.
• Troubleshoots equipment and maintains plant rounds to ensure production throughput.
• Maintains clean, safe facilities and participates in continuous improvement.
