Job summary

You will operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers, perform daily checks, fuel and service equipment, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety rules; flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends; and readiness to complete

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and understand basic math.
• Must maintain regular attendance and perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and operating principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment (front-end loaders, haul trucks, skid steers, etc.).
• Fuel, oil, grease, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift checks and keep accurate logs and reports.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements; participate in safety briefings.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation; support quality and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and maintenance.
